2. What this experience does

The AR Booth uses your device camera to apply augmented reality effects (including face tracking and person segmentation) in real time. You can take a photo and receive a QR code to download it.

3. Camera and image data

Camera access is used only to display live AR effects on screen Face tracking and body segmentation are processed locally on your device No biometric data is stored or transmitted to our servers Photos are only saved if you complete the capture flow (raise your hand gesture) Captured photos are stored temporarily on our server (koscvisuals.pl) and accessible only via your unique QR link Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days

4. AR technology

This experience is powered by Snap Camera Kit. By using this experience, you acknowledge that Snap’s Camera Kit Terms apply. With this feature, you can apply augmented reality effects on top of your image. Our camera uses technology to locate certain features (like where your hands, eyes, and nose are) and uses that information to accurately position the effects on the image sensed by the camera. Any information that is collected will be deleted as soon as possible (typically soon after the experience is closed) and always within no more than three years.

5. No data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to third parties, except as required by Snap Camera Kit Terms.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request deletion of your photo at any time by contacting kontakt@koscvisuals.pl

7. Cookies

This experience does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
